The intuitive and powerful Relational Database makes it easy to find the information that you need.  Simply use “Wild-Carding” to drill down and focus your reporting selections.  Eliminate the “Highlighter Syndrome” and save the time and money wasted by printing reams of paper when targeting specific information.
Look-up is fast and easy. Cross-Referencing gets you to the items you need instantly.  Products, Vendors, Customers, GL Accounts can all be located by key-word input.  Simply type the first 3 letters of any of the first 3 words in any order.  The system instantly finds the matches and presents the results in a “choices” window.

Magstar has earned a reputation for strong retail expertise, stable architecture, and a commitment to customer service.  Magstar’s renewable annual Software Support Agreement provides real time response 7 days per week 24 hours per day.  The help desk is manned during regular business hours (9 AM – 5 PM ET Monday to Friday) with cell phone/pager support available during off-hours.  
A primary support individual is assigned to support each client’s help desk. Your Magstar support representative works with your Magstar project leader in evaluating all aspects of your requirements.
