available with Version 6.1 of TOTAL RETAIL®.
TOTAL RETAIL® provides fully

TOTAL RETAIL® CRM is a complete
Customer Relationship Management and Loyalty application that
lets retailers target market customers based on customer
specific interests and marketing program selection. It tracks
customer demographics with purchase history detail so that you
know who is buying what products, at what store and when.
CRM supports mailings, frequent buyer,
third party loyalty programs and Preferred Customer rewards
with points accrual, event and item discount pricing. CRM users
can assign customers to multiple loyalty programs with
designated reward levels and bonus points per dollar spent
based on the customer selected program categories. Users can
also apply a Loyalty Program Bonus to specified items.
With third party loyalty programs, such as
Air Miles®, Magstar identifies qualifying purchases (sales
value, any promotional items and customer account number) on a
periodic basis and submits to the respective loyalty group for
processing.

centralized customer demographics, and purchase detail capture
