Based on best practices in business intelligence and the latest concepts in delivering information, Magstar’s integrated Total Retail KPI* Dashboard (Key Performance Indicators) delivers Business Intelligence (BI) data to retail employees across the enterprise with Microsoft SQL Server™ 2005 and Windows SharePoint Team Services. The Total Retail performance dashboard provides key reports to employees across the organization - executives, merchandising and operations - wherever they are located with easy access from desktop PCs or laptops. Information is delivered in an easily understood format that allows associates to quickly reach conclusions and to make timely and profitable strategic decisions. Users can view comparative data from multiple channels (stores, Internet, catalog call centers); at selected hierarchy levels with the capability to drill-down to more detailed levels. Highlight trends are in chart format. All data can be exported to Excel and you can reorganize or remove data columns as needed.
